For over twenty years, Andy has worked with a vast range of super premium and luxury drinks brands to create high end consumer focused campaigns and creative solutions.
Andy has leant his creative and strategic skills to an array of varied projects for global spirits giants Diageo, Bacardi, Pernod Ricard, and William Grant & sons. His experience and focus ranging from on trade and consumer marketing and digital comms, to brand strategy and product design & development.
Andy’s passion for global cocktail culture has seen him working and collaborating with some of the top tier bars in the world such as The Connaught, The Artesian at the Langham, and The American Bar at the Savoy.

Fraser is a drinks and hospitality specialist with over twenty years of experience around the world in multiple countries, carving out his career by managing top tier cocktail bars in Scotland, Australia and Spain.
As the Global Brand Ambassador for Dewar’s, he spearheaded progressive drinks strategies and advocacy programming, helping to create inclusivity, appeal and recognition to the iconic Scotch whisky brand in over forty different markets. To further this, he also worked closely with the master blender and the global team on all aspects of innovation and product development that resulted in Dewar’s being awarded ‘World’s Best Whisky’ for its Double Double range in 2020.
Fraser has also founded international community projects such as the Global Bartender Exchange, with over 150,000 members worldwide. He then launched the 'Work From Bars' movement in 2020 to encourage people to utilise bar spaces in the daytime to work from between lockdowns, and support local bars across the UK.

With 20 years of experience Will has worked across a portfolio of high end and boutique luxury brands with specific expertise in non alcoholic spirits, gin and agave markets. He has specialised in the end to end process of product design, production, marketing and distribution for a variety of clients and brands.
Will’s production company created film digital campaigns for broadcasters and brands including LVMH, BBC, Jaguar, and Samsung.
With a strong background in export, international sales and marketing, Will has created and run global marketing and sales programmes globally with extended focus on Europe and North America.
